Extra-low dispersion glass corrects for chromatic aberration to ensure colors are accurately rendered, and fully antireflective-coated optics maximize light transmission through the entire optical path to make views appear bright and crisp, especially in low light.
Complementing the optical performance is a housing that is built for a lifetime of rugged outdoor use. The chassis is made of grippy, comfortable-to-hold thermoplastic elastomer resin. The optical tubes are nitrogen filled to resist internal fogging from sudden temperature changes. With the optional TP-3 adapter, you can mount the binoculars on a tripod for hands-free, no-shake viewing. Whether birding, sightseeing, exploring the backcountry, or seeing the stage at a music festival, this optic will assure a great view.
