Pentax D-BG8 Battery Grip

I waited to submit a review of this Pentax grip until I used it for a couple of months. I have been with Pentax for a long time and the quality of their products is still outstanding. I have this grip on the Pentax K3 Mark iii and one of the features I love the most is the toggle switch matches the one on the camera. You can toggle through and move the center of focus. If shooting in portrait you don't have to rely on the camera's toggle switch which can be a little awkward. I love having the extra battery in the grip and really helps while shooting throughout the day and also can carry an extra memory card. When married with the K3 Mark iii you can charge both the camera and grips batteries through a USB cord and 110 adapter that comes with the camera. This way there is no need to have to remove the grip to get to the camera's battery and charge each one separately
