Watson LP-E6NH Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (7.2V, 2250mAh)

I've waited a while to write this review because I am usually very happy with 's service and product guidance. So, this is probably my fault, but I don't want others to waste their money. I bought an R6 and had sold my old canon DSLR and most of its accessories. I quickly saw the need for and additional battery. With my DSLR I had decided to go with some of the 3rd party batteries that were highly rated on and for years I've been happy with the results. So for half the price of a Canon battery, I jumped on the Watson battery which clearly stated it could be used in the R6. However, when I finally charged it and put it in for its first use I go a message on the back of the camera that said battery communication error,. does this battery display the Canon logo? Trying the options given I was never able to get past this screen. I've read a variety of fixes online, but these only work sometime and oftentimes take a long time. When in the field you need a fast solution. Unfortunately, this is a place I would recommend to spend the extra money on an official Canon product. I would also encourage to be more upfront in the product description of what compatible actually means in this case!
