The 8-Bay Charger for AA, AAA, NiMH, or NiCd Rechargeable Batteries from Watson has eight independent charging bays that accept any combination of AA and AAA batteries. Intelligent microprocessors with circuit protection defend against short circuits, power surges, and reverse polarity. The automatic safety timer circuit shuts the charger down when the batteries are fully charged to protect them from overcharging. Each battery bay has an LED indicator to monitor charge status.

Eight Independent Charging Channels

Eight independent charging bays accept any combination of AA and AAA NiMH or NiCd rechargeable batteries. This means from one up to eight batteries may be charged at a time.

Intelligent Circuit Design

Intelligent microprocessors determine the optimal output needed for charging different capacities and types of the batteries installed. The circuitry is designed to safeguard against possible power surges or short circuits, and also detects if a battery has been improperly installed with reversed polarity. The automatic safety timer stops delivering power when the batteries reach a full charge.
