The 58mm DIY Magnetic Screw-In Adapter Ring is an extra ring for your 58mm DIY Magnetic Screw-In Adapter Ring Kit from Kase. It allows you to convert conventional 58mm screw-in filters to the magnetic type. It's magnetic on one side and has a 58mm female thread on the other. Screw your filter onto this ring, and then magnetically mount this ring onto the male-threaded magnetic ring that's part of the optional DIY kit. (The male-threaded ring is the one that screws onto your camera lens and provides a magnetic mounting surface.)
