The graduated ND filter balances the exposure of the sky with the foreground by darkening bright areas of the image while leaving the remainder of the frame unaffected. By reducing the amount of light coming into your lens, the ND1000 filter allows you to shoot with slower shutter speed without overexposing your image. The circular polarizer filter helps to reduce reflections and glare, which will increase color saturation.
