ND4 Filter

Keep your optical surfaces clean with the Sensei BOC-CK Basic Optics Care and Cleaning Kit, which contains a pack of lens tissues, a microfiber cleaning cloth, a blower/brush, cotton swabs, and lens cleaning fluid. This kit can be used to clean a variety of different optics and glass, use the blower/brush to initially remove dust on the surface. Sensei recommends applying a small amount of the alcohol- and ammonia-free cleaning fluid directly to the microfiber cleaning cloth or lens tissue. Then, gently rub in small circular motions to remove stubborn smudges or fingerprints on the glass. The cotton swabs provided are used for those hard-to-reaches areas where the cloth or the tissues cannot reach, such as the crevasses or corners of a lens.

It attaches to your camera s lens via the threaded internal ring, on lenses 50mm and longer for full-frame sensors and 35mm and longer for crop-sensor cameras. The ultra-thin internal aluminum ring avoids vignetting when shooting with a UV filter.

Additionally, the hood s ridged interior and matte finish helps minimize light reflection. The hood s internal ring will accept a 55mm lens cap, which further allows you to protect the lens from dust, fingerprints, and scratches when the lens is not in use. The ideal lens cap to use for this is a center-pinch (push-on) type.

Please note that with the lens hood attached you will no longer be able to use the original lens cap. The hood does have its own internal threads, and a 55mm center-pinch (push-on) type can be used even with the hood attached.
