Urth 82mm UV, Circular Polarizing, andND2-400 Lens Filter Kit
The 82mm UV, Circular Polarizing, andND2-400 Lens Filter Kit from Urth has three filters, metal storage caps, and a microfiber cloth. The UV filter cuts ultraviolet light to sharpen your photos and protect your lens against scratches, water, dirt, and fingerprints. The CPL filter cuts reflected (polarized) light, which increases contrast and boosts color saturation and vibrancy. The ND2-400 variable ND filter provides 1 to 8.66 f-stops of light reduction, giving you greater creative control in changing light outdoors. Slow your shutter for long exposure and motion blur effects, or open your aperture for depth of field effects. Cinematographers can use it to achieve more cinematic effects too.
Use the ND2400 to create more cinematic effects when filming. By blocking 1 to 8.66 f-stops of light, you can open your aperture for a shallower depth of field, creating stunning cinematic effects in different and charging light conditions.
To compensate for the 1 to 8.66 f-stop darkening of your image, slow your shutter speed for motion blur effects. You can adjust for the darkening by opening up your aperture, which creates a shallower depth of field. You can also combine both exposure setting adjustments.
Tenderly rotate the outer rim of your CPL filter and watch as the level of polarization and color vibrancy changes.
The UV filter doesn t affect exposure settings so you can boldly shoot wherever your heart desires knowing your photos will be sharper and your lens will be protected against the elements.
The filter is double-threaded for stacking filters or using screw-mount lens caps.
The Japanese AGC optical glass is coated with an 8-layer nano-coating for better sharpness, added protection, and easier cleaning.
The ultra-slim rim avoids vignetting and the durable magnalium is guaranteed for life.
Capture sharper images and truer colors with the UV.
Cut reflections for more vibrant landscapes with the CPL.
