LensCoat Lens Cover for Canon RF 70-200 F/2.8 IS Lens (Canon White)

The Canon RF 70-200 housing is very chopped up with moving parts: zoom ring, focus ring, control ring, extending zoom barrel, control switches, zoom lock, plus a button to unlock the hood and a sliding window in the hood to reach the CPL ring (wonderful innovation). I love LensCoat products in general and it's apparent they did the best they could for this tough lens. The kit includes many separate short tubes that must be placed carefully on specific parts of the lens. I found that handling and packing the lens caused these bits of thin neoprene to slip out of place, often hiding or interfering with the lens functions. If you are quite careful, it might not happen to you, or maybe some removable glue would help. I finally abandoned most of the short tubes so I could work. The elastic-cuffed fabric zoom-barrel cover didn't work for me either. It blocked the zoom from from its fully-retracted (and locking) position, and makes the unlock button difficult to find. The hood cover hides the CPL window. Otherwise, it's a perfect fit (as expected from LensCoat). The Gray Digital camo looks good and is effective. If you really, really need a cover for this lens, you might love this product. But my 70-200 will just have to go naked when I'm using it.
