Yasuhara Madoka 180 Fisheye Lens for Sony E Mount

Apparently a high-end industrial/surveillance barrel lens wrapped in a body for use on mirrorless cameras, I'm happy with the deal. Lenses costing much more probably have a silkier iris ring, but this one works; the focus ring is silky-smooth, but my tests show its infinity indicator significantly off (lens focuses fine, just poorly calibrated to the engraved scale): another sign this is not a permium lens, STILL A VERY GOOD ONE. With the Sony 24mp sensor, the Madoka's round image (designed to cover a 2/3"-sized sensor) covers only 6 megapixels, so the lens's limited resolution seems adequate for the effectively much smaller sensor resolution. The color balance of the images is quite warm, perhaps a red-end sensitivity in its industrial heritage; this may be good news for IR shooters, but expect some effort matching (e.g. sky color) with images from other lenses. Image contrast is also good, even with the sun fully in frame; resulting flares are small and usu attractive. Even the lens cap and keeper are well thought out: the length of the cord gives you the object distance at closest focus. Love it! Most importantly, I'm using my Madoka often and getting wonderful images! Fine product!
