Designed for transferring files at unrestricted speeds, the Angelbird CFast 2.0 Memory Card Reader from ARRI quickly ingests your footage from a single CFast 2.0 card. Compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems using a USB Type-C port, this reader uses the 10 Gb/s USB 3.1 Gen 2 standard. Its Solid Connect II recessed interface both protects against accidental unplugging and limits wear and tear. Additional features include a physical write protect switch and a modular design that stacks seamlessly with other Angelbird card reader models.
For systems that don t support USB 3.1 Gen 2, this reader is backward compatible with other USB standards and since the USB Type-C port shares the same interface as Thunderbolt 3, it can be directly connected to a Thunderbolt 3 port. Bus power enables the Angelbird CFast 2.0 card reader to receive power directly from your system s host USB or Thunderbolt port, with no additional cables or power supplies required. Both a 19.7 USB Type-C to Type-C cable and a USB Type-C to Type-A adapter are included with the reader.
