Silicon Power 2TB CFexpress Type B Memory Card

First of all, I would like to say that I bought the product on a whim. I bought it because of its price-performance ratio, but I was disappointed. The product automatically corrupts the files when it sits inside the machine or outside. This is a situation I've encountered for the second time. Since I live in Türkiye, I cannot return the product. This situation bothers me very much. It is really difficult to use the product without constantly checking it. The camera I use is Canon R5C, there is no problem when I try a different brand card in the camera. But this card automatically corrupts the files.

I've to say the truth, what attracted me about this card was the price, second the specs proclaimed by the company. I had some skepticism due to the camera I've a Nikon Z8. With the Nikon RAW video format the camera requires over 720MB/sec of continuous sustained writing on a gen 2 bus (on the camera bus) so only the best camera can do this. The other aspect is the heat, with many cards the camera gives heat warning, with many other just stop recording at the highest data rate. I got the card, after in camera format in order to have the right file system I tested the card with my Mac Studio and my card reader, I got 1555 MB/sec using the Blackmagic speed test. I then set my camera in high quality Nikon RAW video. The BW is so huge that with a 1TB empty card Nikon estimates only 23 minutes of recording. For 15 minutes the card recorded without warnings then the hot card warning appeared, pretty normal in a Z8 at those speeds but the card didn't tremble. The Z8 continued to record without issue until I reached 20 minutes when I stopped recording. I didn't want to let the camera go to the end when lack of space could have created other issues. For photo obviously the camera is good with the 20fps RAW, I didn't see any hot card warning but I didn't take continuous shots for an hour. Overall passed with flying colors and to me the first test is as good as those from cards more expensive. Now reliability , I will let you know if I encounter any problem with time but so far so good.

I have used these cards seven times to this day, and I've used this brand with no issues. But today was the day I dreaded. I filmed a wedding today, and eight essential clips are corrupted. I could send over the files for proof as well. I'm so glad I had dual recording, and the SD card (Sandisk Extreme Pro) has the footage. I am just very disappointed that this happened. So far, it only happened to one of the cards. I'll put a Red tape to identify which one is faulty. I didn't want to take the risk of it happening again. I'll just invest on AngelBird or Prograde. I was filming on the Fujifilm X-H2S, in case anyone wanted to know.
