The MAVOMONITOR Kit from Gossen combines the MAVOMASTER with a MAVOPROBE MONITOR for a light measuring kit that spot-meters luminous surfaces such as screens and light panels.
Gossen MAVOMASTER Compact Control and Display Unit
At the center of Gossen s certification light metering system is the MAVOMASTER, a compact, all-in-one control and display unit that generates and stores lighting measurements when used with any MAVOPROBE. The MAVOMASTER interprets MAVOPROBE readings in both absolute and relative values, calculates derivative values, and charts these values over time to provide the user with an in-depth understanding of any lighting environment.
The unit takes one AA battery and has 8GB of internal storage that functions as an external drive when connected to a PC via USB and used with MAVOSOFT software for Microsoft Windows. Only one MAVOPROBE can be connected to a MAVOMASTER at a time.
Gossen MAVOPROBE MONITOR
The MAVOPROBE MONITOR from Gossen is a digital measurement attachment for and powered by the MAVOMASTER that provides precision photometrics in a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial uses. Its sensitivity range runs from 0.001-19,999 cd/m² , or .001-1,999 fL, with an accuracy of ± 3%, measuring illuminance in accordance with class B or C per DIN 5032-7, DIN EN 13032-1 appendix B, and ISO/CIE 19476. Equipped with color correction for a spectral response that is matched to that of the human eye, integrated cosine correction is also included to assure that oblique incident light is evaluated correctly.
The USB 2.0 interface allows MAVOPROBES to directly interface with a computer using an optional USB adapter cable. The measuring probes can also be consolidated using a USB hub and supplied with voltage from a power pack. Extension cords for the MAVOMASTER are also available separately in three different size
Gossen Rubber Holster for MAVOMASTER
This Rubber Holster is a protective cover for the Gossen MAVOMASTER that features an integrated tilt stand for tabletop use. The holster s rubber texture provides the user with a unique and secure in-hand feel.
Gossen Aluminum Carrying Case for MAVOMASTER
This Gossen Aluminum Carrying Case and foam insert are designed to transport a MAVOMASTER with a rubber holster and up to two MAVOPROBES.
