Expert Shield Crystal Clear Screen Protector for Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 IV

I've used Expert Shield screen protectors for several Sony cameras in the last few years.; Once installed, the product performs well.; You don't even really know it is there.; I've noticed it resists damage very well, looking like new even a year or so after being installed.; The process of installing the film so there are no trapped specks of debris is a bit challenging.; It usually takes me some time, and a lot of tape to eliminate every bubble/speck.; If you touch the adhesive side as shown in the photo, you will likely be sorry, and end up with a spot that won't be perfect.; Use tape stuck to the face to hang on to the film.; If a speck of something causes a bubble you can't get out, gently pull the film back up from one corner (using tape) and use another piece of tape to remove the foreign object (it is usually stuck to the film).; The more you can keep things clean and work in a bright clean environment, the better.; With patience you can get things just right and your screen will be well protected.

Be relaxed and set aside a half hour if you want a perfect no bubbles attachment to protect your cameras screen. Also have a a roll of blue or green painters tape next to you. You will need fresh pieces of painters tape to pick off the dust nuggets you did not see until the screen protector touched down over them. It is a trial and error job. Eventually you will get a perfect dust-free touch down. If it were easier I would have given it 5 stars. Have patience.
