It is an excellent choice for use Digital SLR cameras on a tripod with the optional QR tripod quick-release receiver. It allows the photographer to rotate the camera vertically and horizontally quickly and easily in studio settings. When using studio strobes or continuous lighting, the Digital PRO-SV Bracket on a tripod is a perfect match. PRO-SV Bracket requires a CUCMP camera mounting plate and a CUQRQ quick release for use.

The Custom Brackets CMP Universal Camera Mounting Plate is a reversible camera plate that works with all cameras, with or without a vertical grip. The camera screw is also adjustable to match cameras of different depths.

When using this camera plate with a camera with a vertical grip on a QRS-35-EV or QRS-35-H bracket, bracket may not stand correctly.
