Dedicated to the Nikon D750 DSLR, the BD750-L L-Plate from Really Right Stuff is an Arca-type compatible plate that facilitates easier, more stable switching between horizontal and vertical shooting orientations when working atop a tripod. The L-shape of the plate also benefits shooting in vertical orientation with panorama nodal slides, for maintaining a consistent nodal point, and shooting in horizontal orientation with side-mount gimbal heads.
The dedicated design maintains full access to the battery door, features two Quick Disconnect (QD) mounting system points for attaching a strap, and the plate is repositionable to promote easier access to the camera s side ports for shooting tethered. Additionally, the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum construction is finished with a Type II black anodizing, a 1/4" -20 threaded mounting socket is featured on the base, and laser-engraved center marks are placed on both axes for easy alignment.
This plate is compatible with wired remote releases, such as the Nikon MC-DC2 Remote Release Cord, but is not compatible with the WR-R10 Wireless Remote Controller.
