Billingham Hadley One Padded Insert (Olive, Full-Size)

I have several Billingham bags many of their accessories. This is the first one that I cant give 5 stars. The insert itself is fine. Quality materials and well put together. The problem is the dividers. I'm not sure if they were trying to make them universal or maybe they were solving for a space problem that I don't have but these dividers are terrible. The vertical ones wider than the inside of the bag and it causes them to fold and budge along the triangles in the panel. The way the cap dividers are shaped and fold doesn't allow them to cover or separate the spaces made by the vertical ones. As a solution I just use the straight dividers from another Hadley to make my compartments. Really disappointed. I would return it but I'm in Asia so the shipping back is half the cost of the insert. I really don't understand what Billingham was thinking with this one.
