Attach your video or photo head s quick-release plate to the to the Universal Hubless Adapter Plate via its standard 1/4 -20 thread and your Camera Hub to the adapter using the included Allen key & screw, and you ll have a double-quick-release plate that you can attach to your camera. You ll then be able to switch quickly between operating your camera on a head & tripod and carrying it on a vest or side holster system from Cotton Carrier.
