It features a 1.5" strap attachment, a carabiner loop, rustproof stainless steel hinges, and a keyed plastic safety locking latch. There s also an automatic pressure release valve that equalizes the internal pressure with ambient air pressure to prevent crushing and to make it easy to open the case after air travel in unpressurized cargo holds.
