Included is a 65' Ultraline Water Rescue Rope, a high-visibility inner bag with foam for floatation, and an external waist pack with removable inner throw bag. It's lightweight design makes it easy to throw long distances and the foam padding keeps it afloat. It has a 1" webbing hip belt with a CAM buckle for quick release when needed and drainage holes on the top and bottom of both the inner and outer bags.
