Domke F-5XB Shoulder/Belt Bag (Denim)

This is my third Domke Bag, as usual the Domke quality and utility is utmost. Love the bag and it fit the bill perfectly!

Great looking bag, small, lightweight, doesn't stand out. I wear the strap cross-body and it doesn't bounce around at all. Not completely silent because of the metal strap hardware and zipper pulls but that doesn't bother me much. The Velcro flap has a very strong grip, this is great for security but I might modify the Velcro strips to make it a bit quieter and easier to open. Gear it fits: It's tight, but I can fit two full-frame mirrorless bodies (without battery grips) and two small lenses in this bag along with two extra batteries, a small bulb-blower, memory cards and a cleaning cloth in the small front pocket. That's all I need for a day of photography. Another option that would probably work better is a single body w/attached lens and one additional small-medium lens but I haven't tested that setup yet. I can also fit an iPad mini inside the zipped bag but that leaves less space for batteries.

This bag, while on the small side, is full be for a Leica m with two lenses (one mounted). No room for much else but otherwise really nice for the price.

Very well made bag, perfect for my XT-20, another lense and some accessories. Excellent strap system that distributes the weight well. Will say that there is limited organization, just a pocket sleeve for a phone or small notepad and then the main camera storage area. Domke fulfilled all my hopes for a well built, simple, good looking bag. It is a bit pricey, but nothing comes close - at least for what I was looking for.

It is a good size for carrying maybe one extra lens and some extras but I wouldn't use it for a main camera bag. I use it while shooting macro while walking my dog and I carry some extension tubes, a small LED light, my phone, keys, treats ... stuff like that. Only wish it had a mesh pocket on the outside for a water bottle. Other than that, it's a well-made, classic Domke and it works well for what I want it to work for.

This is a beautiful and well made bag but far smaller than it looks and will not hold a DSLR and a long lens at the same time.

This bag is everything that all the 5 star reviews say it is. Top quality, etc. As an aging photogwannabe, I'm finding that I'm migrating to smaller and lighter gear. This is my third Domke; each one getting smaller and smaller. I think of this one as the Baby Bear of my bags. I took it to my 5YO granddaughter's hilarious dance recital, and I took only my 70-300 zoom (the newer Nikon small zoom); knowing I'd be a long ways away from the stage. My D7200 and the zoom fit perfectly, although with no room to spare. It was easy to maneuver amidst the crowded seats, people, etc. I sat next to my daughter (who also has the photogwannabe disease) and she had her new big 70-200 2.8 zoom with her big backpack with who-knows-what-else in it. Her rig was a bundle of confusion; this Domke fit the situation perfectly. I'll still use my Papa and Mama Bear bags for other outings, but for those just-the-essential events, this bag is absolutely perfect.
