Capture the wonders of the undersea world at depths down to 328 with your Nikon D850 digital SLR camera safely enclosed in the MDX-D850 Underwater Housing from Sea & Sea. With its streamlined design, the housing weighs only 6.3 lb and is close in size to the camera itself. The housing provides access to a wide range of camera functions via mechanical levers, dials, and push-button controls.
Frequently used controls such as the main command dial and the sub-command dial for manual photography, as well as video controls and AF lock, can be reached and operated while keeping both hands on the ergonomic grips. All dials are equipped with spring dampers to ensure secure, non-slip operation. The vacuum pump leak alarm unit, which was previously available as an option, is now included as standard equipment. It is effective not only for the early detection of underwater flooding accidents but also for the protection of equipment by checking its waterproof performance before entry.
The housing ships without a required lens port and accepts a series of interchangeable ports from Sea & Sea. Various ports are available to accommodate macro, wide-angle, and zoom lenses. For compatibility, see the System Chart.

YS Converter/N1 changes the camera s TTL signal into a light signal and allows for both TTL and manual strobe exposure using Fiber-Optic Cable II
