Behringer CT200 Overview
Easy to use and compact enough to fit in your pocket, the CT200 from Behringer is a microprocessor-controlled cable tester with three testing modes: Cable, Installed Cable, and Test Tone. With easy operation via the intuitive LED display and support for seven connector types, the CT200 is a versatile portable cable tester.
The CT200 sports connectors for testing XLR 3-pin, speakON, 1/4" TRS, 3.5mm TRS, RCA, RJ45 (ethernet), DIN 5-pin (MIDI), and USB-B cables. Test tones can be performed at 1 kHz or 440 Hz at three sensitivity levels (+4 dBu, -10 dBV, and -50 dBV). Continuity check and intermittent contact functions are available for testing long or complex cable runs. You also get phantom power and ground-shield checking functions. The CT200 runs on two AA batteries (sold separately).
