The Vi00103 NetMux Ethernet and PoE Port Multiplexer from Vigitron links two PTZ cameras or other IP/PoE devices to a PoE switch using a single Cat 5/6 cable. Consisting of a port combiner and a port splitter, this multiplexer helps to reduce installation costs and time.
The receiver connects to the PoE switch via two built-in 10 Cat 5 pigtail cables, combining two IP/PoE signals and transmitting them through one cable. The transmitter then separates the combined signals to connect to a PoE switch on each of your two devices LEDs on the transmitter display the status for each port. This compact solution is compatible with IEEE 802.af/at and most non-standard PoE systems supporting up to 37W in 10/100 BASE-T environments.
