Zoom SCU-20 Universal Soft-Shell Carrying Case (Small)

I am very pleased with this product. It fits my zoom q2n-4K, some batteries, usb cord, and zoom tripod. The foam padding is very snug when leaving all the foam in, but the case allows for the foam to be removed on either side while still offering stability to the products for those who choose to remove it.

I bought this to protect my F6 when not using my hard case, and it's perfect. Plenty of foam, holds the F6 in place, and is light. There's not much room to store other items, but for an F6 and its power adapter/cables, this is perfect.

After I bought a Zoom Podtrak P4, I started looking around for a carrying case for it, because the P4 body is plastic, very lightweight, and when you hold the P4 it feels like it might not be sturdy enough to endure a lot of knocking around. So I didn't want to simply toss the P4 into my backpack with a lot of other loose gear. While looking around on the Web site, I came across this Zoom SCU-20 carrying case (the small size; there's also a large size available). I wasn't sure the small size would be large enough to accommodate the P4, but I took a chance and ordered it. It's not perfect because I don't think the SCU-20 was made specifically for the P4 (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but it works just fine. I am very happy to report that the Podtrak P4 fits into the SCU-20 just right. The padded case provides excellent protection for the P4 and holds it snugly in place when the case is zipped shut. I have enough room in the pocket for two USB cables for smartphone and power supply, and I also keep the Zoom BTA-2 bluetooth adapter for the P4 as well as a USB power supply in the case. In short, the SCU-20 (small) carrying case is just right for my needs as it relates to the Podtrak P4.
