Audessence RDS PRO-4 Overview
The Audessence RDS PRO-4 RDS/RBDS Encoder with IP Port and LCD Status Screen for FM Broadcasters is a fully functional RDS solution for FM broadcasters and iincludes an RJ45 Ethernet (IP) port. This unit includes the RDS functions that most FM stations will need, and it is suitable for use with FM stations of all sizes, network radio, and local commercial and community radio. It supports UECP-RT+ and TMC, and it is controllable via RS-232, USB, and Ethernet. The unit features switchable MPX (composite) loop-through mode, an external contact closure TA switch, and an internal real-time clock with battery backup. Additionally, it recovers pilot tone from the MPX signal, eliminating the need for a separate 19 kHz input.
