The sturdy and lightweight pole features five telescoping sections that utilize ergonomic twist locks for efficient and secure length adjustments. With a length range of 3.2 to 11.5 feet, the BC12P makes it easy to get your mic close to your subject.
Padded foam on the boompole enhances comfort, a much-appreciated benefit on long shoots. The integrated coiled XLR cable smoothly extends and retracts in response to length adjustments made with the telescoping tubes. The internal cable exits the boompole via a side-mounted, 3-pin XLR male connector at the bottom of the pole, ensuring simple hookup to your mixer or audio recorder. The 3/8"-16 male tip on the boompole allows compatibility with most microphone shockmounts and clips.
