Equally handy for live performances, live streaming, and podcasting, the American Recorder Mini Mixer 2 is a flexible 3-stereo-input and 2-stereo-output mixer and USB audio interface in an ultracompact and lightweight housing that can stow away in a drawer, pocket, or bag. Since it is bus powered and operable as a standalone mixer or 16-bit / 48 kHz USB interface, the Mini Mixer 2 can be used with or without a compatible USB host such as a Mac/Windows/Linux computer or USB OTG-equipped Android mobile device.

It features three 3.5mm stereo inputs-two with a single-knob EQ and fader with up to 35 dB of gain-for dynamic mics, battery-powered condenser mics, or portable music players. Additionally, there is a separate 3.5mm stereo TRS aux input with its own level knob. Thanks to the 3.5mm main and headphone outputs and their independent level controls, the Mini Mixer 2 can simultaneously feed speakers and headphones.
