Denon PerL Pro True-Wireless Earbuds (Black)

I am a big audiophile and owned probably dozen wireless buds searching for the best sounding headphones, with good seal, ANC, clarity, battery life, and clean microphones that allowed conference calling. I had them all, Bose, Jabra, Jbird, Sony 1000xm3, xm4 and xm5, etc. I now got Perl pro (rebranded Nuro) with Massimo technology. At first I was not super happy, but once I replaced tips with Comply foam, the fit became almost perfect. 3 weeks into ownership, the left bud started to exhibit cracking sounds and disconnected sound. The next day, it wouldn't turn on at all. It wouldn't charge and headphones became unusable since it relies on both buds being available to turn them on. I was pretty upset. To add to the injury, the case only charged the headphones once before the light turned red. It's anything but advertised 24 hours of additional charging which is 3 full charges. I had them exchanged (thanks to Amazing CS at Video), and the new pair works well, but the case still charges the headphones only once before the light goes red on the charging case. I decided to check Amazon reviews and there are two reviews with the same issue there. One stated left side died and another (I believe it was in Japanese but translated) review showed the case to also charge just once before having to recharge it. This is definitely a manufacturer defect and unless many folks complain, Denon won't do a thing. These are most expensive wireless buds on the market, shouldn't they work and charge as advertised at mininum...
