After ordering this headset Eartec contacted me to make sure they send the correct unit (there are two different versions). I received the correct headset because they verified. Great customer service!

I like it a lot, is a cheaper alternative to the clearcom ones and they work like a charm, I did a stress test on them in an open space of around 500 feet and they work great, also if you pull the mic up it will mute it so you can talk to someone else without everyone of their comms listening to you. It also has a noise cancellation that helps with noise on the background, when you are doing a live event and have music it cuts out part of the background and you will be heard through these, the only con of these is that they arent made out of something really sturdy but if you take care of them they will last, they also have a battery that you can interchange and ive used them for 6 hours straight and had no problem with battery, battery is super easy to change and the kit comes with a charger, I would recommend getting the batteries as well so you dont have to not use them when its charging.

This is a great choice! I'm using a master and 3 slave units in a two-story building. There are lots of walls in between and we're on both levels of a 4000 square foot building. They work!!
