The ActiveGard limiter can be turned on or off by the user to protect their ears from sudden volume spikes above 105 dB. For single-sided listening, the microphone-free earcup can be flipped backwards.
Intended for use in loud environments, the dynamic hypercardioid-patterned microphone suppresses extraneous noise and has a shockmounted capsule to reduce structure-borne noise. Aflexible section of the boom lets you adjust the positioning of the microphone, and the entire boom assembly rotates for use on the left or right side of the user s head. The ear cushions and headband padding is modular and replaceable, as is the included cable. This 4.9 steel wire cable has a coiled section to reduce noise as well as unterminated connections, which allow you to use the connector of your choosing.
