The ASM1 mounts to any boom pole with its built-in 1/4 -20 and 3/8 -16 thread. A hinged 2-prong mount built-in to the shockmount allows for action camera compatible mounting. Six multicolored XLR rings included with the ASM1 can attach to the connector ends of your cables to make telling them apart that much easier.
