The bottom of the Windkiller is constructed of a specially designed rubber mount that grips the microphone while still making it easy to slide it on and off. The top is a faux fur that is highly durable and works to block out wind noise. It is compatible with the following microphones: Audio-Technica AT 835ST, AT 897 Neumann KMR 81 Schoeps Super CMIT5 RA¸de NTG-1, NTG-2 Sanken CS 2.
