The Pyle Pro PDMIC71 is a kit comprising a condenser microphone, a shockmount, and an XLR to 3.5mm cable, so that you may connect the mic directly to your computer if need be. The kit is intended for recording vocals, podcasting, or broadcasting.
This is a cardioid condenser microphone, which focuses audio capture on what s directly in front of the microphone. The mic offers an XLR termination for connecting to professional microphone preamps, though the included cable makes it suitable for use with common PC computers. An overload protection switch minimizes distortion when you re using the mic with loud sound sources. You can power the mic with 48V phantom power. A mounting clip is integrated into the design, making mounting the mic on a desktop stand quite easy.
