The CVM-V02C features a cardioid pickup pattern that focuses on the sound in front of the mic and helps reject unwanted noise coming from the sides.
The microphone is equipped with a 6 cable and is powered via 48V phantom power supplied from the camera-with no battery required.
A foam windscreen is provided to protect against wind noise.
