The MCLRTRS from Lectrosonics is an 20 audio patch cord with a TA3F (mini XLR) on one end and a standard 1/8 (3.5mm) TRS (stereo) mini plug on the other end. It is designed for use with LR series receivers, and also works with SR series receivers with the SREXT adapter installed. It can be used for audio applications such as DSLR cameras, recorders, and more. Pin 2 of the TA3 connector feeds the tip and ring connections on the mini plug so both channels of a stereo recorder receive audio.
