Made of soft rubber, this pliable mount molds itself to the surface it is attached to while also acting as a shockmount. It protects the mic capsule from vibration and friction to prevent noise from seeping into your recordings. Included in the package are high and regular wire fabric guards, a cable lock, and six pieces of Lav Concealer Tape.

Keeps material away from the DPA 6060 or 6061 capsule in tight spaces under or in clothing, protecting the mic from friction noise and vibrations.
Shock Absorbing
Designed for vibration and friction absorption, the Lav Concealer is molded from a rubber compound. The metal clothing clip and fabric guard prevent the transmission of vibration to the concealer.
Wire Fabric Guards
The removable wire fabric guards mount on the front or back of the Lav Concealer and keep fabric from touching the capsule. The combination of wire and rubber ensures friction absorption, cutting any transmission of friction to the mic capsule.
Capsule Protection
Along with making hiding the mic easier, the Lav Concealer protects the tiny 3mm capsule from a build up of glue that can result from repeatedly attaching tape directly to the capsule.
