This Pro version of the transmitter offers full metal housing on the components, an improved OLED display that is easily seen in both daylight and darkness, and an adjustable antenna that allow for better positioning to improve reception. A removable metal clip makes it easy to attach the unit to a belt or clothing. Included is an omnidirectional lavalier mic with a foam windscreen.
The system offers 96 frequencies in the UHF range to choose from to avoid wireless signal interference. The transmitter operates on two AA batteries, but can also be powered via USB.
