Electronic drummers looking for next-level high-hat performance will be thrilled with the Roland VH-14D V-Hi-Hat, a set of two 14" pads with a familiar look and natural feel that offers touch sensitivity, tonal variation, and a high-resolution open/close function never before experienced in an electric hi-hat.
The high-resolution, multisensor system tracks velocity, stick position, and foot work with maximum precision. Foot splashes are reproduced authentically, and you can even mute the cymbals with a hand touch. The VH-14D complements the PD-140S digital snare and CY-18DR digital ride, bringing Roland's powerful digital advantages to the three most nuanced pieces in your kit.
The VH-14D is best paired with the TD-50X sound module or a TD-50 module that's been upgraded with a digital TD-50X upgrade. These modules feature the latest sound sets that are fully optimized for the VH-14D.
