Its cast-metal frame utilizes a hoop clamp which can be tightened with any drum key. The slave pedal features a steel rock plate for an added measure of stability, while the master pedal utilizes a radius rod that decreases the carrying weight of the overall unit. The radius rod is attached to the pedal at an angle to ensure the pedal won t collapse during playing. An adjustable arm with two U-joints connects the two pedals.
