Dreadbox Disorder Aggressive Analog Fuzz Effects Pedal
Take your music to disturbingly distorted places with the Disorder Aggressive Analog Fuzz Effects Pedal from the Dreadbox. Painstakingly engineered by the Dreadbox team in Athens, Greece, the pedal provides a fully analog BBD-based effect that can range from slight distortion on low-gain sounds to crushing, extreme fuzz on everything you play. A single knob allows you to set the low- or high-pass filter cutoff frequency, while additional controls control the filter feedback, envelope polarity, and the fuzz amount. The filter can be controlled via the CV input, while the envelope output sends 0 to 5V to control additional gear and effects.

Controls
- Sens: Controls the envelope amount and sensitivity going to the filter
- Env Switch: Sets the Envelope s polarity. Positive works better for Low-Pass settings, while Negative is better for the High-Pass filter.
- Filter Mode and Cutoff Amount: Adjusts the amount of low-pass filtering (on left side of dial) and high-pass filtering (on right side of dial). At about 50%, the filter switches between modes internally (a short click might be audible. Filter CV and envelope modulations only affect the current filter mode selected.
- Fuzz Amount: At about 50%, the Fuzz gate kicks in. Below that amount, the gate is open and a low level of hum can heard.
- Reson: Sets the Filter s feedback amount. On higher levels, depending on the Filter frequency, self-oscillation begins.
- Level: Sets the effect level.
- On/Off Footswitch: Engages active effect or CMOS bypass.
Connections
- Input: The 1/4 input jack accepts a wide range of signal levels and features an inner trim pot that sets the gain of the effect allowing you to tailor the sound between low and extreme levels of fuzz.
- Output: Standard 1/4 output jack
- Filter Control Input: Accepts +/-5V
- Envelope Out: Sends 0 to 5V
- Power: Requires 9 VDC, center-pin-negative power supply (available separately)
