The ukulele itself is a concert-range instrument with a natural, satin matte finish. Its back, neck, sides, are constructed out of mahogany. The nato neck, measuring 14.75 ? in scale, offers a rosewood fingerboard with 18 frets, with dotted inlays at the fifth, seventh, and 10th frets. The nut and saddle are fashioned out of a composite material, while the bridge is constructed out of rosewood. The open-geared tuning machines are nickel-plated with pearl buttons.
