Zone multi-effects offer three systems, and ninety types of scene multi-effects. Other features include: eight types of chorus/delays, six types of reverb, a master compressor and master EQ. There are other functions on the RD-88 such as: favorite, rhythm pattern, song player, MIDI master keyboard, and DAW control.

Furthermore, this keyboard is built with a 1/4 stereo phone headphone jack, a 1/4 mic input jack, and a stereo 1/8 line input jack. Other connections includes a MIDI out jack, a USB memory port, a USB computer port that supports USB MIDI/audio. Finally, the RD-88 s clean and compact design fits easily into your lifestyle. An AC adapter, a pedal switch, and a power cord are also included.
