Perfect for children, beginners, and music students, the YPT-270 Portable Keyboard from Yamaha delivers loads of features that inspire players to realize their full potential and develop an enthusiasm for playing through a diverse range of 384 unique sounds, plus 17 SFX and drum kits. The YPT-270 makes learning easy with 143 auto-accompaniment styles and smart chord playing and includes powerful lesson functions, such as a quiz mode for guessing the right sound effects or notes, Listen and Learn or Timing and Waiting lesson modes, a duet feature that allows you to play along with a teacher or friend, and a 1-track recorder for capturing performances and playing them back to help your skills improve.

The YPT-270 sports 32-note maximum polyphony and 61 full-size keys that are not velocity sensitive. The dual 2.5W speakers allow you clearly hear your lessons and playing with clarity, while the convenient 1/4" output jack allows you to send your sounds to headphones for quiet practice or to speakers for sharing your progress with friends and family. This keyboard also features a 3.5mm stereo aux input for playing along to songs from external devices and a 1/4" sustain pedal input that unlocks even more expressive playing. The YPT-270 comes with a music rest and the PA-130 power adapter, so you can start learning right away.
