Waldorf IRIDIUMCORE Overview

Waldorf Iridium Core is a synthesizer that provides the outstanding sound of the Waldorf Iridium s core synthesis engine but in a compact desktop format with 12-voice polyphony. Iridium Core offers 3 stereo digital oscillators each capable of 5 synthesis modes: Wavetable, Multi- , and Granular-Sampling, Waveform, Kernel FM, and Resonator. Combined with a broad selection of digital filter and processing options, Step Sequencer, advanced Arpeggiator, and a 40-slot Modulation Matrix, it enables you to explore a huge sonic universe of electronic sound.

Iridium Core s intuitive and simple touchscreen graphical interface lets you focus on your creativity. With plenty of connection options including stereo audio I/O, MIDI I/O, CV/Gate/Clock, and two USB ports, Iridium Core connects easily with your modular synths, drum machines, sequencers, and computers. A large collection of more than 1700 factory presets and samples are included to get you started with your sonic explorations. With its compact form factor, Iridium Core fits well into laptop-size bags and in carry-on baggage, making it an ideal companion for traveling.
