Behringer DI400P Overview
Equally suited for both studio use and live applications, the Behringer Ultra-DI DI400P is a single-channel, passive direct injection (DI) box that provides impedance and signal matching for the direct connection of an instrument signal (guitars, basses, keyboards, etc.) to the balanced input of a mixer or amplifier. It can also be used to keep your signal clean and free from radio interference on long cable runs.
Be Direct
- Plug your instrument into the DI400P’ s 1/4" TS input, then send a signal to your console via the balanced XLR output.
- Use the 1/4" Thru/Out jack to send your instrument signal to an on-stage guitar amplifier.
Truly Transformative
- Thanks to its Behringer OT-2 balanced-line transformer the DI400P delivers a ruler-flat frequency response for a signal that's entirely true to the original source.
- The OT-2 also provides superior signal isolation from local AC and RF hum, and offers optimized impedance matching.
- For an even cleaner signal, use the ground-lift switch to eliminate hum associated with ground loops.
