Quested H108C Overview
Perfect for OB trucks, broadcast environments, recording studios, and more, the H108C from Quested is a compact, passive two-way studio monitor with a 1.1" silk soft dome tweeter and a custom Quested 8" cone woofer for accurate stereo imaging at nearfield distances. The H108C exudes the typical Quested attributes of low distortion and a pure, musical sonic character.
The hand-built crossover network has been improved over previous models and sports polypropylene capacitors and air-cored inductors throughout its signal path. The flat impedance curve makes it easy to power the H108C from virtually any professional power amp, and the monitor is capable of handling a sizable maximum SPL of 107 dB. The wide frequency response of 82 Hz to 20 kHz can reproduce a vast range of audio material with perfect transparency, and a selectable 46 Hz cutoff gives you extra control over your monitoring. And with a durable yet inert MDF cabinet, you get a reliable, UK-made studio monitor that will stand the test of time.
