Modular by Design: Flexibility and Power in Any Configuration You Need

• Build a HAPI unit to fit your exact needs by adding from a range of analog and digital option cards.
• Put a small amount of inputs and outputs in various locations, or load 16 channels of analog I/O in a single unit.
• Digital I/O conversion and routing can also be managed in this compact unit.

AC or DC Power Options

• HAPI MKII (Redundant 12V Input) features a 4-pin DC power connector installed on the left of the AC power connector, giving you a choice of redundant AC and DC power supplies.
• The unit can therefore be powered from 100-240V, 50-60 Hz AC voltage and/or from the PSU-AC/DC-30W external AC/DC converter (available separately).

AES67 Built-In

• Using Ravenna (AES67 compatible), HAPI is able to provide flexible connectivity of every single input and output across standard networks, using off-the-shelf network equipment.

Completely Controlled over LAN

• HAPI is designed to fit into hard-to-reach places. HAPI comes with a web-browser-based control interface allowing any web-enabled device to access all the parameters of each HAPI unit over the network.

ST2022-7 Seamless Protection Switching

• Adding to the powerful and constantly evolving feature set of HAPI, the MKII version features two network ports for ST2022-7 compliance.

NMOS

HAPI MKII is capable of registering itself into an NMOS server as well as comply to connection requests from a compliant NMOS Network Manager such as VideoIPath from Nevion.

HAPI MKII is compliant with:

• NMOS IS-04 (Discovery and Registration)
• NMOS IS-05 (Device Connection Management)

SMPTE ST2110

• Merging has implemented all the new IP protocols into its products, including ST2110 and AES67, to meet the demanding requirements of JT-NM
