This updated version combines the unrivaled reach, range of motion, and stability of the original with Triad-Orbit`s proprietary technology to impart new levels of performance, versatility, and stability.

• By releasing the mid clutch on the riser tubes the stand raises automatically with air-lift assist

StarBase Retractable Stand Base

• Massive cast iron base with 38" footprint and three retractable legs that pivot for optimum positioning
• Legs tuck away under the base for efficient storage
• The legs can be used in offset positions to accommodate smaller rooms and tight spaces

BoomStop Safety Lock

• Pin locking mechanism secures Starbird boom in any position, regardless of the weight suspended, for safe, worry-free operation

VariBal Counter Ballast System

• VariBal lets you adjust the position of the counterweight effortlessly
• Allows you to add additional ballast to the counterweight as needed
