Applicability
DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI product if it is a brand new and un-activated or handheld device activated within the last 30 days. Please note that DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it is purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
Product Replacement
If damage occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.
Extended Warranty Period
This protection plan extends the manufacturer s warranty s parts coverage to two years. Free repair service is provided by DJI if the covered parts are malfunctioning due to a nonuser error while under warranty.
Rewards for Safe Use
If you don t use any replacement services during the service period, DJI will provide a 1-year extension as a reward.
